Falleswen: New Land
A downloadable game
Falleswen - New Land is an isometric real-time strategy game written in C++ and Lua with SFML and sol2 libraries. The project was started at WSoC 2018 in early July.
You play the role of the leader of the nomads fleeing their homeland due to hunger, and your goal is to provide your people with a decent life. You start out with only a few resources and you have to adapt to the conditions in this inhospitable land. Wild animals and the weather will not welcome you with open arms, but the rich resources tempt the unwise who dream of becoming lords of these lands.
If you don't give up and survive the first winter, you will prove to your people that you are worthy of being a leader. Lead your people and make your paltry huts replaced with magnificent townhouses, and your poor technology moves forward. Take care of the economy and the condition of the treasury and subjugate your rivals!
